After taking contact with the world of Atreia, after finishing with my Ascenssion quests and after completing my Abyss access chain quest, the difficulties of leveling started to show up. My XP bar seemed stuck all the time, but what made it even worse was the whining of the players in the game chat. Being kinda sick of that, I started looking for leveling solutions outside the game. So, this way I have found an excellent Aion leveling guide.
Being step-by-step written, this Aion leveling guide taught me what exactly what to do and where to go for each quest I was about to complete. Also, it helped me a lot in associating my quests solving at least 2-3 every time, at every location. Since the XP from quests wasn’t enough and each level I had to grind on mobs for extra XP, following the questing paths of this Aion leveling guide I’ve found enough good spots to grind, where I had no competition and where there were no bots.
So I’m going to share here, a few tips for leveling enhancement this Aion leveling guide has brought to my knowledge:
1. Not many classes can solo elite mobs without help, but if you are a Spiritmaster for instance, even if you need to kite a mob for a few minutes until it’s dead, it’s worth the trouble as they give a large amount of XP and also higher chances to drop expensive items.
2. Mobs within the Abyss are great to grind or to quest on. So, if you can find a cluster of quests on Abyss mobs, start working on them ASAP. Most of the creatures in the Abyss, especially the Balaurs give enhanced XP, AP, nice Kinah and superior loot.
3. A nice spot for grinding is placed West of Lake Asteria. It doesn’t have a name, but you can’t miss the level 33-34 Balaurs. XP here is pretty nice, the mobs have a “juicy” loot table and they also drop Kinah. You will get here nice amounts of Abyss Points as well.
4. While grinding or questing try to kill only one mob at the time. Unless your toon has powerful AoE abilities and you know for sure that you won’t have any problems killing more than 2-3 creatures at one time, focus on killing one mob at one time and do it fast.
5. Even if sometimes there aren’t enough quests to take you from a level to another without grinding, always try to complete them all. But do it wisely, without consuming too much time, completing a least 4-5 at one time, if possible. Fortunately, this Aion leveling guide has the quests part covered, providing me with an excellent questing path.
I’m pretty sure these tips have helped you at least a little in your conquest for the level cap in Aion Online. However, if these tips are still not enough to help you with your XP, you can always start following the leveling path of the Aion leveling guide I’ve been using. It’s a complete and solid guide and after all, it’s risk free.
