Snowboarding is a descent on snow from hillsides on specially equipped board. Furious admirers of modern hobby became generally surfers, not wishing to do nothing in expectation of summer days. In our country the snowboard has received a mass recognition only in the mid-nineties. However now in Russia it is possible to get different equipment from leading world manufacturers and to receive lessons of riding at skilled instructors.

Everyone snowboarder has a special style of driving. Style not in how you go for a drive. But this your driving. As you hold hands, body position, position of knees. It how you do jumps as you extend tricks as you pass transits. Style it as your print of fingers – it is your individual. It is how you express yourself on a slope. You can be assured that anybody any more will not have a same expression.
Though style cannot be studied or repeated, style – not constant concept. Style always varies. Why style varies? There are two important factors defining style change. The first is rider. With growth of skills of rider, style varies, but slightly.
The second is that I understand as concept “macro style”. Macro style – current dominating style in a snowboard. Riders investigate that now stylishly in a snowboard and add it in the riding. The classical example is a rotation with late grab. It was later used by many of professional worldwide snowboarders.
Truly that some riders are more stylish, than others and it concerns also professional snowboarders. But style is very subjective thing. In what I see style, cannot see you as style. We can argue for a long time, but, eventually, both we will appear are right.
You can have a same board, as well as at twenty others on a slope, but your style will give you individuality. Seeing you on a slope, I will understand that it you, instead of other nineteen persons with the same boards.
Style does you unique, so appreciate it. Don’t try to be similar with others, every snowboarder is special and has special riding.
